The American College of Greece offers tuition in both Euros and U.S. Dollars. U.S. citizens, permanent U.S. residents or Canadian citizens are required to make all their payments in U.S. Dollars.
Greek and all other International Students are required to make all their payments in Euros. Students with dual citizenship (U.S./Canadian plus other) may choose to make payments either in Euros or U.S. Dollars by indicating so on their initial application form. All their future payments will be in the currency they chose initially.
The College reserves the right to adjust its tuition and fees and to alter academic programs and campus regulations at any time should the need arise.
*A non-refundable registration fee of €300 ($150 for early registration) and an advance deposit payment of €500 is required before registration. All deposits must be submitted at least 5 working days before your registration date.
ACG Refund Policy
Tuition Refund Policy
Fees are refundable to students who officially withdraw from courses for whatever reason on the following prorated schedule:
100%: Withdrawal within the first week of classes
50%: Withdrawal during the second and third week of classes
No refund: Thereafter
For the tuition refunds to apply, students should closely follow the withdrawal from courses procedure as described in the Academic Regulations section of the Graduate Catalog.
Housing Refund Policy
Under the ACG housing policy, a 100% refund may apply only prior to room occupation. After room occupation, no housing refund is applied.
ACG reserves the right to modify the application of this policy in cases of proven exceptional hardship.
Instructions for Tuition and Fees Payment
Students can make a payment by providing their RF Payment Code* to their Greek Bank.
Students can make a payment by selecting the "RF Payments" option in the e-banking Payments menu of their Greek Bank and entering their RF Payment Code* to complete the transaction.
Students can make a Foreign Bank payment only through the Flywire platform. Please enter your RF Payment Code* to identify your payment. Flywire payments can be made using your local currency.
Students can make a payment using our Online Payment page and selecting:
- Credit/Debit Card payment and entering their RF Payment Code*
- or IRIS Payment (only for the 4 Greek systemic Banks) and entering their RF Payment Code*
Students can make a payment by check to the Cashier at the Student Success Center.
Students can make a Credit or Debit Card payment at the Cashier at the Student Success Center.
*The RF Payment Code is provided to all students by e-mail. It can be found at the “myACG” portal (by selecting “Students” and “MY ACCOUNT” tab).
